The Grand Hotel National Luzern is an absolute gem nestled by the lake, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The room was beautifully classic with a perfect location. The service was impeccable, and we enjoyed the peaceful start to our day with the buffet and a la carte breakfast. The staff exuded culture, politeness, and courtesy, making our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel's old-world charm and stunning renovation left us in awe. We savored watching the locals play by the lake, creating a truly special experience. The proximity to downtown Lucerne was a bonus, allowing for leisurely walks along the picturesque promenade. The Grand Hotel National Luzern truly exceeded our expectations, offering a blend of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty that made our Christmas stay unforgettable.
